2-man Call-out Fee

£950 + vat for a 2-man callout for high/heavy/inaccessible scoreboards. A 2-man callout includes a genie lift/scaffold tower as required. The £950 covers travel and 2 hrs on site, after 2 hours the hourly rate is £50.00 + vat per hour. From here we can survey the scoreboard and offer advice, in some cases we may be able to offer an extended warranty at this point.

Above callouts include return travel of up to 200 miles from our premises.

£150.00 + vat for a video call from here we can decide if a callout is necessary, we will need a competent person on site to receive the call, in some cases we may be able to offer an extended warranty at this point. 

Payment is required prior to the callout taking place.

A list of some of the parts that may require replacement is below.

A decision maker MUST be present during our visit and be able to provide our office with a written order (via email) to authorise the purchase of any replacement parts prior to any works taking place. Upon completion of the work, an invoice for the parts will be sent with payment required within 7 days.

Power source £195 + vat each

Radio receiver £495 + vat each

Aerial £40 + vat each

We aim to attend to diagnose and repair within 10 days of being alerted to the issue. Please allow for possible delays during our busiest periods of March, April and May when we are often booked several weeks ahead.
